Floral Preservation FAQs

  • The process takes a few months time. The bouquet should be dropped off as soon as possible after your event so that they can be prepared and preserved while they are still in good shape.

  • I primarily use silica sand to dehydrate the blooms. This method ensures we retain the florals’ color and shape as best as we can. This option is perfect for those looking for their flowers to be preserved into a 3D resin block.

The type of flowers and how they preserve or press will dictate how the finished piece will be composed.

  • There are a few resin block options to choose from including:

    • 6” x 6” square

    • 5” x 7” arch shape

    • Pair of 3” x 3” curved bookends

We can also discuss other add-on options and make something super custom that you can take with you - a necklace, hairpin or other accessory, or coasters and other home décor - the possibilities are endless.

  • Prices vary depending on the final product. Size of molds and the amount of resin product being used will determine the cost. Pieces start at $375 and go up based on what you are looking for.

Please Note: A 50% deposit is required on all preservations and is to be paid before the resin pouring process begins.

  • No way - the possibilities truly are endless! Check out my commissions page under Studio for more information.
